Outstanding! Used this service 3 times, in 3 different ports while on a Mediterranean Cruise in July. The service met or mostly exceeded my expectations. We saw a lot more and in better comfort, than our friends did on the ship Shore Excursions. The Drivers were great and were always there waiting for us in Port. Especially nice benny - was the way we got into many sites without waiting in any sort of line and Rome had lots of lines for Tourists.
