10. Is tipping/gratuity included? What is customary?
Tips are not included. As a general guideline, 10% is good, 15% is great, and 20% is exceptional, depending on your satisfaction
11. How early should I book a Disposal service to ensure availability?
To ensure the best availability, we strongly recommend booking your excursion as early as possible. Ideally: 2–4 months in advance High season / peak dates (spring–summer, holidays, multiple ships in port): 4–6+ months in advance Last-minute requests: Sometimes possible, but availability can be limited Also, please keep in mind that our rates can change depending on availability. As we get more booked, prices only go higher (never lower), so we suggest locking in the rate and securing the tour as soon as you’re ready. For peace of mind, you can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour date.
