1) Cruise-port peace of mind
Cruise days require extra precision. We build our schedules around ship timings and port logistics, and we always keep the “back to the ship” timing as the top priority.
2) Backup vehicles + driver network support
You’re never “alone on the road” with us.
Every day we have multiple DriverInRome drivers and vehicles going back and forth on the same routes we operate (including Rome ↔ Civitavecchia). This gives us real operational backup, not just good intentions.
In addition, we work with a trusted network of professional driver-guides. Many of them are doing the same routes at the same times, and we help each other when needed.
So in the unlikely event of a flat tire, a vehicle issue, or another inconvenience, we can coordinate support quickly and keep your plans on track.
3) Missed-ship protection (if it’s our fault)
In the extremely unlikely event that you miss your ship due to our fault, we will take over the related costs and make sure you reach the next port to rejoin your cruise.
4) Transparent communication
We believe in clear, detailed communication before and during your service. If anything changes or if you have a special request (mobility needs, child seats, timing preferences), just tell us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
