Airport Meeting Instructions


After landing, please proceed through passport control and then collect your luggage. Once you exit the customs area into the public arrivals hall, please look for your private driver holding a sign with your name clearly written on it.

As a helpful reference point, at Terminal 3 - where most of the Intercontinental flights land - you will see green columns in the arrivals hall, each marked at the top with “Meeting Point 1,” “Meeting Point 2,” or “Meeting Point 3.” Your driver will be waiting near one of these columns, just outside the customs exit corresponding to your arrival terminal.

If you do not immediately see the sign, we kindly ask that you remain in the arrivals area, as drivers are not permitted to wait elsewhere in the airport.


The grace period is 45 minutes after the flight has landed; afterwards, an hourly rate will be charged. Our drivers monitor the flights and are aware of any possible changes.  If you are early please wait or give us a call, if you notice it is taking longer to collect your baggage, please call us at the following numbers:

Or ask a custom police officer to let you come out for a second, to tell your driver you'll be late. If we do not hear from you your driver might not wait longer than one hour after the flight has landed. After 1-hour extra time could be charged. Please remember that the driver is not allowed in the baggage claim area.

If you miss your flight or experience a long delay, please contact us at the numbers provided above. If we do not hear from you may be charged for the time we have to wait for you at the airport. If you miss your flight or your flight was canceled and we do not hear from you, you will be charged for the full amount of your transfer (and tour if requested).
