What happens if the ship can’t dock due to weather?
If the ship does not dock due to bad weather, you are not considered responsible and no charge is made, in line with our cancellation policy.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No. Tips are never included. If you feel your driver did a great job, suggested tipping is 10% for good service, 15% for great, and 20% for exceptional.
There will be a full charge for bookings canceled with less than 72-hour notice for any service required. If the ship does not make it to the pier due to bad weather, no charge will be made. A full charge will be made for a no-show.
