I wanted to thank you and Daniele for the great service that we received in both Florence Alberto and Rome, Patrick. They were both professional, passionate, and thorough. Also, special thanks to Daniele for saving us the spot in the VIP line at the Vatican...it was so nice to get my parents in so quickly and easily. Also, we thought that Irene, our guide, was spectacular... her knowledge, humor, and the ease and control with which she handled our group in the crowds were impressive all 4 of us thought she was awesome.
