We had a great time in Florence thanks to your company. Yuri was the driver, Susanna the Escort, and Malin the guide in Florence. Yuri was punctual as was Susanna. Susanna spoke great English and was very good at answering questions and giving information about the region of Tuscany. As to Malin, she was spectacular. Very knowledgeable and a very good guide. I would highly recommend her services. Thank you
