Daniele was the best tour guide we had and we had 4 private tours on this cruise.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful 2 days touring with Daniele. He was prompt, courteous, funny, and very personable. He was the best tour guide we had and we had 4 private tours on this cruise. I am very active on the cruise critic website and I have shared our experience with cruisers who will be visiting Italy. On the afternoon of our tour of Rome, Daniele clutch went on his car while we were in traffic in Livorno. He contacted one of your other drivers who were in the area to come to get us and he was there in 5 minutes. I don't know who these guys were there were 2 of them but they were really funny and we enjoyed our 10 minutes with them!!! We felt sorry for Daniele that he was stuck with a broken-down car so far from his home. I hope that it didn't hold him up too long. I believe he had a soccer game that evening!! Thanks again for everything.
