I can't thank you enough for your wonderful service and tour guide, Giuseppe Patti. The entire Rome experience was beyond belief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You people are sensational. Not only was he informative, funny, and knowledgeable, the Mercedes van was wonderful, clean, and comfortable to travel in. By the end of the day, we felt like part of your family. When we returned to the ship that evening, the other passengers were all talking about what a horrible time they had. The bus paused briefly in front of all the sights sometimes, never letting them get off. They also complained that the tour guides were poorly informed, and the bus seats were cramped. When they did stop they had to wait in long lines, and some passengers held up the tour so they couldn't go to the next thing. Our lunch was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! We ate in a beautiful restaurant in Rome that was charming, reasonable, and the food beyond compare. I don't know if it's because I'm Italian myself that I feel Italy has the warmest, people in the world, but like I always say, THERE ARE THOSE OF US WHO ARE ITALIAN, AND THEN THERE ARE THOSE WHO WISH THEY WERE. Thank you again so very much for making our Rome adventure one that we will remember for a lifetime. I am recommending your company to everyone we know, and next time we do Italy we will do it with DriverinRome. Warm hugs from your new American friends.
