Awesome tour guide Chiarra and tour. The guide definitely knew her way around. She was very friendly and made the day great. Very nice that she was able to recommend places to find good lunch and dessert. Easy to talk to and very informative. A small group of 11-15 people made it a lot easier to stay together in the small crowded streets of Florence. I would definitely do the tour again. The no-worry guarantee that we would make it back to our port on time was also a plus. We made it back just on time with no lost time. Just awesome!!!!
