  • If you’re starting from lodgings, your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel or outside your apartment in Rome. If you arrive at Roman Termini station, we’ll meet you in front of the McDonald’s. If you arrive at Roma Tiburtina station, we’ll meet you on the train platform. If you can't locate your driver, please remain at the designated meeting point and call the office. If you are running late, we kindly ask you to contact the office ASAP

Is this service private?

Yes, the transfer is completely private for you and your party.

Where do you pick us up?

In TERMINI station, pick-up point is in front of the McDonald's inside the station near platform n.1. In TUBURTINA station, the driver will pick you up at the platform.

Does the driver speak English?

Your driver speaks English. For tours we guarantee a driver who speaks English fluently.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a full charge for bookings canceled with less than 72-hour notice for any service required. In this case, a full charge will be made on your credit card. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please advise us on time (as soon as you know) or a full charge will be made.

Please give us enough time so we can accept other reservations and allocate them to our chauffeurs. If the ship does not make it to the pier for bad weather, you will not be considered responsible so NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card. A full charge will be made for a no-show-up.?
