What to
expect from your driver/guide
This is a chauffeur disposal service. Your driver will manage transportation,
timing, and drop-offs as close as possible to each stop. Drivers are not
licensed guides and cannot guide you on foot or inside monuments. If you want a
guided visit, we can arrange a licensed guide separately.
Is this service private?
Yes. The service is private, just for your party.
Does the driver go with us inside the monuments?
No. Only a licensed guide is authorized to accompany you during visits. Your driver will drop you off close to the sights and will stay with the vehicle.
Does this service include lunch and admission fees to sites?
No. Lunch and admission fees are not included. Please contact our office for pricing and reservations if needed.
Can I extend the service if necessary?
Yes, if the driver is available. This can be done for an extra cost. Please inform the office or ask your driver so we can accommodate your request.
What is the duration of the service?
The duration is 4 hours but may be upgraded up to 8 hours.
Is gratuity included?
No. Tips are never included. Tip only if you really liked the service. Tips are generally: 10% not bad, 15% great, 20% best tour in my life. Please report any abuse.
There will be a full charge for bookings canceled with less than 72-hour notice. In this case, a full charge will be made on your credit card. If you miss your flight or if your airline cancels the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please advise us as soon as you know or a full charge will be made. Please give us enough time so we can accept other reservations and allocate them to our chauffeurs. If the ship does not make it to the pier for bad weather, you will not be considered responsible so no charge will be made. A full charge will be made for a no-show.
