Tipping is never included. If you feel you received good service, 10% is a common guideline, 15% for great service, and 20% for exceptional service. If you prefer, you can also tip a fixed amount based on how long the driver was with you and how helpful they were with timing and bags.
There will
be a full charge for bookings cancelled with less than 72-hour notice for any
service required. If the ship does not make it to the pier for bad weather, no
charge will be made. Full charge will be made for no-shows. Only pre-purchased
skip-the-line tickets (if requested) are not refundable under any circumstance
and will be charged.
