What if I need to go to FCO earlier than 09:30?
If you need an earlier airport departure, please check our 07:00 AM Civitavecchia → FCO shared shuttle option (if available on your date).
What happens if there are multiple cruise ships in port?
When two or more ships are in port, pickups may need coordination and can require a little extra time. Once you book and enter your details, we organize the logistics and meeting instructions.
What if the shuttle does not reach the minimum number of passengers?
A minimum number of passengers is required for the shuttle to run. If minimum numbers are not reached, we will advise you in sufficient time and offer an alternative if available. If no satisfactory alternative is available, you will be reimbursed.
There will be a full charge for bookings canceled with less than 72-hour notice for any service required. In this case, a full charge will be made on your credit card. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please advise us immediately so that we can adapt. If we send a driver unnecessarily, we will be obligated to charge you for the service.
There will be a full charge made to your credit card for no-shows
and bookings canceled with less than 72 hours notice, including the
cost of any pre-purchased tickets. Pre-purchased tickets are not
refundable under any circumstances.
Please keep us apprised of any problems or changes during your travels (flight delays and changes, missed connections, port changes, etc.) and we will do our best to adapt. If you don't advise us of problems and we dispatch a driver unnecessarily, we will be obligated to charge you for the service.
If you are on a cruise ship and it does not come into port, your service will be annulled and no penalty will apply (with the exception of skip-the-line tickets; you will owe us for any entrance fees we have pre-paid on your behalf, regardless of circumstances.)
