Private taxis at the port of Civitavecchia can be expensive and hard to find, so skip the hassle with a pre-arranged shared small group transfer. No more than 8 passengers per ride.
A professional driver will greet you on the pier in Civitavecchia and transfer you to your hotel in Rome or to the airport terminal in Fiumicino.
If there are 2 or more ships in port the pickups will need to be coordinated and will require a little extra time. When you make your booking just enter your details and we will figure out the logistics.
Don’t leave the last piece of your journey to chance! Travel with us in spacious, air-conditioned comfort directly to your destination (which can be communicated to our office once you’ve made your reservation).
PLEASE NOTE: A minimum number of passengers is required for the shuttle to run. If we don't reach minimum numbers, we will advise you and provide you with an alternative, if available, in sufficient time to make other arrangements. If we're unable to provide you with a satisfactory alternative, you'll be reimbursed.

Where do you pick up?
We pick you up right at the ship.
There will be a full charge for bookings canceled with less than 72-hour notice for any service required. In this case, a full charge will be made on your credit card. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please advise us immediately so that we can adapt. If we send a driver unnecessarily, we will be obligated to charge you for the service.
There will be a full charge made to your credit card for no-shows
and bookings canceled with less than 72 hours notice, including the
cost of any pre-purchased tickets. Pre-purchased tickets are not
refundable under any circumstances.
Please keep us apprised of any problems or changes during your travels (flight delays and changes, missed connections, port changes, etc.) and we will do our best to adapt. If you don't advise us of problems and we dispatch a driver unnecessarily, we will be obligated to charge you for the service.
If you are on a cruise ship and it does not come into port, your service will be annulled and no penalty will apply (with the exception of skip-the-line tickets; you will owe us for any entrance fees we have pre-paid on your behalf, regardless of circumstances.)
