  • 9:30 am pickup for the shuttle going to Rome lodgings or the airport

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum number of passengers is required for the shuttle to run. If we don't reach minimum numbers, we will advise you and provide you with an alternative, if available, in sufficient time to make other arrangements. If we're unable to provide you with a satisfactory alternative, you'll be reimbursed.

Meeting Point

  • Your driver will be waiting for you at the ship holding a sign with your name on it. If we are picking up at multiple ships, we ask for your patience and understanding regarding pick-up time in the event we are delayed at the pick-up prior to yours. If you have trouble locating your driver or are running late, please contact the DriverInRome office at the number listed on your voucher.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a full charge for bookings canceled with less than 72-hour notice for any service required. In this case, a full charge will be made on your credit card. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please advise us immediately so that we can adapt. If we send a driver unnecessarily, we will be obligated to charge you for the service.

There will be a full charge made to your credit card for no-shows and bookings canceled with less than 72 hours notice, including the cost of any pre-purchased tickets. Pre-purchased tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.

Please keep us apprised of any problems or changes during your travels (flight delays and changes, missed connections, port changes, etc.) and we will do our best to adapt. If you don't advise us of problems and we dispatch a driver unnecessarily, we will be obligated to charge you for the service.

If you are on a cruise ship and it does not come into port, your service will be annulled and no penalty will apply (with the exception of skip-the-line tickets; you will owe us for any entrance fees we have pre-paid on your behalf, regardless of circumstances.)
