information from inside the vehicle, but cannot accompany you on foot or inside
sites. If you would like guided visits, we can arrange a licensed guide on

Does the driver go with us when we leave the vehicle?
No. Only a licensed guide is authorized to accompany you on foot or inside sites. Your driver will drop you off as close as possible and remain with the vehicle.
Are admission fees included?
No. Admission fees are not included unless specifically arranged in advance.
Is gratuity included?
No. Tips are never included. Tip only if you really liked the service. Guidelines: 10% good, 15% excellent, 20% best tour in my life
There will
be a full charge for no-shows and bookings canceled with less than 72 hours
notice, including the cost of any pre-purchased tickets. Pre-purchased tickets
are not refundable under any circumstances. If you are on a cruise ship and it
does not come into port, no penalty applies (except for any pre-paid entrance
fees/tickets arranged on your behalf).
