The standard duration is 4 hours; when you proceed with a reservation, you will have the option to add an additional 4 hours.
Does the driver go with us when we leave the vehicle?
No, only a licensed guide is authorized to accompany you when you leave the vehicle. Our driver will drop you off close as possible to the places on your itinerary but must stay with the vehicle for the duration of the service.
Can I extend the service if necessary?
Yes, you can extend the service for an extra cost. This is best done in advance but can also be arranged on the day of service by calling the office or asking your driver.
How many kilometers can the chauffeur service cover?
The 4-hour service covers 50 km; the 8-hour, 100 km.
Is a gratuity included in the price?
Tips are never included in our quotes. We think that a tip shouldn’t be included in the rate, otherwise it would be a tax! Gratuities are not obligatory, even though they are common in the transport sector. Tip if you thought you received good service. Guidelines: 10% good, 15% excellent; 20% best tour in my life. Please report any abuse.
There will be a full charge made to your credit card for no-shows and bookings canceled with less than 72 hours' notice, including the cost of any pre-purchased tickets. Pre-purchased tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.
Please keep us apprised of any problems or changes during your travels (flight delays and changes, missed connections, port changes, etc.) and we will do our best to adapt. If you are on a cruise ship and it does not come into port, your service will be annulled and no penalty will apply (with the exception of skip-the-line tickets; you will owe us for any entrance fees we have pre-paid on your behalf, regardless of circumstances.)
