Day 1 with DRIVERINROME Picks up at Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino Airport Our flight arrived at 7.55 AM, we cleared customs and found our driver Johncarlo waiting for us outside immigrations. He was very visible holding a sign with our names. He was dressed very professionally and spoke very fluent English. He loaded up the van and headed toward our hotel. He explained to us where we were going and what was going to take place for the rest of the day. He got us to the hotel where we could clean up and unwind before we took the Vatican Tour. Vatican tour we were picked up promptly at 1.30 PM by a new driver Luigie who was dressed professionally and spoke English very well. He explained to us that he was taking us to meet our Certified Tour Guide Massimo that was going to be with us for the full tour of the Vatican. DRIVERINROME made all the arrangements i.e. setting up a professional tour guide and pre-buying the tickets to get into the Vatican so we would not have to wait in line for an hour to buy them. Our guide was so wonderful, so knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. You couldn't ask for anything better. General comments found out about DRIVERINROME from friends of ours who used them so we figured it would not be much of a risk to use them while we were in Rome. All of our arrangements were done via email. Never once did we have to call because we were confused. The support group at DRIVERINROME was great to work with. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood. We didn't know exactly what to expect once we arrived but I can tell you we were blown away with their professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and being on time all the time. We would not hesitate to recommend DRIVERINROME to family and friends and for sure when we go back we will use them again.
