My husband and I sailed into Civitavecchia on Celebrity Century at the end of August 2005. Aldo was there to meet us at the port. We had a wonderful time with him touring the Roman countryside, the Appian Way, and the Catacombs. In Nemi, he made sure that we had a chance to sample the thin bread-like pizza crust, brushed with olive oil and salt. We had it straight from the oven and it was heavenly! He even helped us find a grocery store where we could buy M & M. The European ones have a slightly different taste from the American ones!
