Hi Remo, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your tour on September 19. It is rare that you meet a person who is so dedicated to his job and enjoys doing it. You demonstrated professionalism, humor, and knowledge unsurpassed by others in the tour business. Your tour was the highlight of our trip to Europe and will never be forgotten.
