We had the pleasure of using your service in Livorno Tuscany Rome Naples Pompeii Positano Sorrento Amalfi Coast and Palermo. Your drivers made our trip a true pleasure. Everyone was caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and did their best to please. We were 6 on the 3 mainland excursions and 8 in Palermo. The 10 passenger Mercedes Sprinter Vans was absolutely perfect for all of us. The 12 passenger van you provided in Palermo was more than we could have ever hoped for. Our 6.5 son could stand in all of them and had plenty of legroom. We were also very pleased with the tour guides you provided in the Vatican and Pompeii. They could not have been better. There was no question they could not answer. They were not only knowledgeable, but they were also entertaining and fun. We cannot say enough about your drivers. They seemed to anticipate our needs. They even treated us to expresso and cappuccino. They always knew where there were clean and often free restrooms. This was very important to the ladies. The wine tasting and lunch reserved for us in Tuscany was a true delight and a fantastic experience. We were given 1st class personalized service reserved for small groups by the vineyard owner. The restaurant you arranged for us overlooking Positano was a true highlight. The food and view were magnificent. Everywhere we went, we were able to compare your service with that of the large tour/bus groups. There is no comparison. Your drivers and your excursions were far superior to everything we saw and were less expensive than anything from the cruise line. We are recommending your service to everyone we know who will be visiting Italy. Please convey our gratitude to your driver's guides, Jean Marie, Patricio, Patrick, and his trainee Luige, Guiseppi, and Angela. I wish I could remember the name of Angela's driver. My mother and aunt, who speak a little Italian, had a wonderful time talking with him. We cannot compliment them more. All were fantastic.
