We felt like celebrities being picked up promptly by our own personal coach. We were a party of 14 & booked 2 trips in 2 different ports. Both times the service in Florence & Rome exceeded our expectations, the drivers & guides were well informed, & we also queue-jumped to the attractions. Remo especially entertained us with his accordion playing & kept us entertained throughout the journey with stories & jokes. For anyone wishing to tour privately, this is the ONLY way to go - & best of all only HALF the price of the ship's excursions, plus personal service. What more could anyone ask for? Highly recommended. we will certainly use them again on subsequent visits to this area.
