I just wanted to thank you for your email and let you know that we were very pleased with both tours we received, in fact we wish we had also booked with you in Naples. Both tours were really outstanding and very professionally done. Daniele in Florence was great, very personable and accomodating.We got to see everything we wanted to see and were on time to the Accademia and the tower in Pisa. He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch and gave us time to shop.In spite of all we did, he never made us feel rushed.Carlo and Fabrizio in Rome were also wonderful.Carlo was a wealth of information, and gave us so many interesting facts about everything we saw.In fact, he had the microphone going before we left the port. Because Fabrizio was with us, he accompanied us into St. Peters and the Pantheon, and took us to the entrance of the colosseum.We never really expected to get that kind of tour and were so pleased.
