Initially, we had miscommunication locating our guide/driver but the local manager, owner of the company got involved right away and resolved the issue. our driver dropped us off only 1 block from Pisa tower for a short walk and plenty of time to explore the site.. Highly recommend for passenger who can't walk a long distance from the typical big tour bus parking lot min. 20 min walk.. Beautiful ride to Florence..our driver dropped us off at the city center to explore various sites at our own pace and plenty of time to shop, lunch, sightseeing, check out places!.... Great Company!
