Great tour day in Florence and Pisa.

We were conveniently picked up right outside of the guest's exit area after we debarked the ship. Located our local tour representative/driver waiting outside holding a signboard with our name on it.
Rode in AC comfort in a small group. Our driver Patricio was very knowledgeable and informative sharing much cultural info and an awesome place for lunch off the tourist path.
