This was the best decision we made for our shore excursions and yes your service was great. We appreciated getting to sites prior to all the buses and we were able to take pictures with very few people around. The other benefit was how close the tour drivers would get us to the sites, which meant we had to walk less and saved time so we were able to see more sites in one day. Both drivers were very informative and friendly. We especially liked our driver in Florence. He made us feel like we were his family instead of just a customer. Throughout the day we talked about all kinds of things, not just what we were seeing. This made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. We felt like we had gotten to know a little about the Italian people of today and not just the history of the country. At the end of the day, it seemed the driver had as much fun as we had had. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service.
