This was a really fantastic tour, and incredibly convenient for cruisers! Our guide was very knowledgeable and had lots of wonderful information to share along our tour. There isn't that much to see in Pisa besides the leaning tower, so we went there first before the crowds got really crazy, and spent about an hour and a half there--the perfect amount of time. Florence was an amazing and memorable experience. We had a good balance between a guided tour and time to explore areas on our own. Also, the headsets that are used in the tour have very good audio clarity--I know from other tours that this isn't always the case. In addition to our wonderful experience with our guide and chosen locations, the ease of travel is one of the things that makes the price such a great deal. They pick you up right at the port and drop you off right back--you don't have to worry about a thing the entire full-day tour. This is something to keep in mind, as Florence is pretty far from the port, and would be tricky to get to on your own. Highly recommended! We thought it was of great value.
