This was a great tour. We booked as a shore excursion from our cruise ship. Stefanie did an incredible walking tour of Pisa and Florence. I would like to highly commend her for her tour guide abilities. She had some super challenging people on this excursion and she handled the situation. I had no idea that grown adults could act like spoiled children to that extent.
