This tour was very good, and our guide Stephanie was very outgoing and very knowledgeable. We spent about an hour in Pisa and the remainder of the day touring the major sights in Florence. My main concern on this tour was that the directions to find the tour bus at the Livorno Port seemed somewhat complicated. However, our tour guide was waiting for us just as we exited our ship, so it was no problem at all. I would highly recommend this trip over the similar, but much higher priced excursions, provided by the cruise lines.
