Easy to find tour rep. In fact, one rep was at the shuttle location directing us. Stefania was an amazing guide. Gave us excellent lunch recommendations as well as where we could get the best deal on leather jackets. She was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was a lady who couldn't keep up due to medical conditions and she made arrangements for her to take a taxi to a meeting point while we continued with our tour. I'm giving the tour 4 stars because Florence was super rushed and the group size. I could have done without Pisa. I wish they would offer a tour of just Florence without having to do both in one day. Also, being in the middle of August the crowds were unbearable.. so it was difficult to get good photos. The last part was out of their control. There were about 23 people on our tour. Although the tour description didn't include a maximum, I think it would have been a more enjoyable experience if there was a max of 15. Plus, twice the whole group had to wait for the same couple who was late.
