The first rep was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship with a sign “Driver IN Rome”. You have to be transported via bus to outside the port terminal (port rules) and then board the bus you’ll be on for the tour. ~20 people
Stephanie was waiting for us and just splendid. She was very informative, funny, and caring for the group (little girls and assisting the elderly couple throughout the trip).
Start at Pisa and see the Leaning tower then hop back on the bus for an hour trip to Florence while you see the Tuscan countryside.
In Florence, Steffy told us the all about the history of Florence and toured the city center. Lunch was on our own at a wonderful Italian restaurant.
