Our tour guide Stephania was brilliant! So knowledgeable, funny, and patient. The day was spectacular from beginning to end. We were the first group to reach Pisa and could therefore take photos without other people in the background. Lots of small markets outside the gates to buy postcards, T-shirts, etc. Florence was magnificent with a surprise around every corner. The handbags at the leather markets were superb with so many to choose from. Unfortunately, we were there on a Monday when the museums were closed. Oh well, means we'll have to go back! Would definitely recommend it.
