Our guide, Samantha was fabulous. She took us on a short walk from the bus to the famous leaning tower and let us go it alone for a while to take the necessary photos. She then herded us back to the bus for the ride to Florence which just floored us with its beauty and history which Samantha taught us about in a professional and friendly manner that couldn't have been presented better. We loved her and we loved the tour except for the stifling crowds which Samantha could do nothing about. That has simply become a part of European travel but we got through and loved the tour. Money well spent.
