Our guide Roberto was wonderful. This excursion was booked as an alternative to the ship's excursion offerings. The price was more affordable and we only had 6 people in the van. Much nicer than the large bus of 40-50 people, and made the time we spent in each location more flexible and relaxed. Pick up at the port was a breeze. The directions on where to meet were clear and Roberto was waiting for us. Drop off was even better as he took us all the way to the ship's gangway. Roberto's English is as good as mine since he spent a number of years living in the states. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his country and the towns we visited. His focus is always on providing great customer service and allowed us to be flexible on what we visited and how long we stayed. I can not say enough about this excursion, it was the best we took on our cruise!
