Long tour lots of information

The meeting point was easy to get to coming off of the Norwegian Epic and the tour was organized well. We stopped in Pisa first to avoid the lines then had the rest of the day in Florence. Our tour guide Erika was good. Her English was really good and she was helpful and informative. The only con was that the Florence part was very busy and not enough free time. Should be given the option to meet up at different times and skip part of the tour. Would rather have skipped everything after lunch if given the choice and enjoy Florence and meet at the final point.
