I loved this tour! Our guide was good. The tour seemed a little rushed but there was much to see and do, and she wanted to leave us enough time to shop which for me, there is NEVER enough time, lol. The guide was knowledgeable and walked us through the towns and gave us information on the bus. She knew when to stop talking and let us enjoy the bus ride which I was grateful for. When we got to Pisa we were pretty much on our own, no guide was necessary. We got there early enough where we were the first people there. I didn't have to worry about crowds or pick-pockets and enjoyed the time at the Leaning Tower. Florence has the best shopping in the WORLD! I only wish I had more time to shop! Next time, I will go there on my own just to shop! I bought leather purses, gold bracelets and trinkets for my family! An enjoyable day! I'm glad I booked with DRIVERINROME and not our ship!
