Excellent guide! She made the excursion. Florence native was very funny and knowledgeable. I wish I remembered her name. The Party of 24 was not too large. a few needed prompting to keep up Good tour, enough time on your own for lunch, etc. Would recommend perhaps skip Pisa, not much there.
