An excellent tour led by fabulous Marco and his colleague in the blue suit whose name I, fortunately, do not recall. Marco was a subject matter expert in all things Pisa and Florence and indulged our group's many curiosities about everyday Italian life as well. He and blue suit sorry! were also very kind in advising my daughter about a fair price for a leather jacket she purchased in Florence. Anyone can recite the history of these places as they guide a group, but an excellent, lively, and knowledgable guide like Marco is what takes a tour from four stars to five. THANKS, MARCO!
