A Day Well Spent

My wife and I traveled from Singapore to join the cruise in Barcelona. On the way, we booked this shore excursion tour but was apprehensive about how it would turn out. From start to finish, it was a perfect tour. Starting with Stephania, our tour leader, she is so well organized, anticipates ahead, professional, very knowledgeable of Florence and Tuscano, and thoughtful for each of our well being. The instruction on how and where to meet the coach after leaving the ship was clear and accurate. The coach was clean and comfortable, the weather was perfect, and all activities ran per schedule.
