We could not have been more pleased with our experience with DriverInRome. On the first day, we were so pleased with Luca, that we booked a third consecutive tour for our day in Pisa! Luca, our guide on the first and second day, was prompt, conscientious, and engaging. We were traveling with our 90-year-old grandparents and without you, we wouldn't have been able to get them anywhere in Rome or on the Amalfi Coast. Luca was excellent with our grandfather, who is in a wheelchair! He knew where to go with accessible restrooms and sat with my grandparents while we explored Pompeii for a short time. On the third day, we had the driver in Livorno. He took us to Pisa and Florence. Again, he made the trip with our grandparents possible, knowing where to eat and whether or not we could get into restaurants and bathrooms with everyone. He was equally personable and conscientious and gave us an outstanding experience! He made sure we saw all of the highlights- the gorgeous view from Michelangelo square, the statues of David, and all of the buildings in Pisa. He had interesting information about the cities we visited and the architecture we saw. He explained the Medici crest and the story of the Medici home. In Rome, our guide to the Vatican who we booked through your company was Massimo. He was incredible! He was knowledgeable and interesting and sensitive to my grandparent's needs. We loved DriverInRome! You truly made our trip possible and provided a fabulous experience we will never forget! We would not hesitate to use your services again or to recommend you to anyone we know who will be in Italy, and in fact, we already have told people about the great experience we had with you.
