We had a wonderful tour and loved our guide. Our ship is still stuck near Rome undergoing repairs. It has been four days now!!!!! Your boss was wonderful to me when I had to cancel Florence when we never got there. When I get back home, I intend to write something about your company on cruise critic to let everyone know how wonderful you were. Thank you so much.
