My family of 18 recently returned from a med cruise on NCL. I booked our transfer/Rome excursion with DriverInRome and I was very pleased with the whole process from pre-booking help, booking, confirmation, the wonderful transfer/tour, and follow-up afterward with Monia, Daniele, and the rest of the staff. This is a very professionally run company and the people who work there could not be any nicer or knowledgeable about the sites and history of Italy. They also know how to problem-solve. Daniele provided us with 3 comfortable, clean vans for the transfer/tour and the A/C broke down in one of the vans and it was a hot day. We didn't think he would go through the trouble to get another van. However, upon returning to our vans after visiting one of the many sites we saw that day, he had a working A/C van ready for us. This is truly a company that values customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with high expectations. Thank you, Daniele, Palo, and Aturro for giving us a memorable experience in Rome.
