Thanks so much for making our tours to Florence and Rome something that everyone will remember for a long time.

We had the pleasure of having Manny as our driver when we took the Florence on Your Own tour. He was a great driver and we were very grateful that he could get us into Florence without us having to walk quite a ways to meet the vehicle. We were in Florence last year and took a tour offered by the Ship and it seemed that we had to walk quite a bit after the bus let us off and then to get back for the bus to pick us up. So, the way this was handled was much better. Since he was a driver only and not a tour guide, we can not say much more except that he was very kind and courteous to us. When we were in Rome, we took the Exclusive Best of Rome tour with your company and had Luca as our tour guide. He was fantastic. He went out of his way to please us and to try to get us to see everything that we had on our list. We knew that it was a very good possibility that we would not get into the Vatican Museum, so we could not be that disappointed when in fact we were not able to make it. But, everything else that we wanted to see, Luca made sure that we saw it. He is a very knowledgeable young man and we learned a lot from him. He is also a very personable young man and everyone on our tour liked him. Our driver I forgot his name was great and made it so that we did not have to walk a lot. I would recommend your company to anyone that I know coming to Italy. Thanks so much for making our tours to Florence and Rome something that everyone will remember for a long time.
