We had a wonderful time with Donald in Florence and Daniele in Rome. Both are extremely professional and knowledgeable, they are dedicated to customer service and they made our visits memorable. Based on their knowledge, we were able to maximize our time and see all of the major sites. Planning the visit schedule with Daniele and Monia was equally professional. They were prompt in email replies and terrific to work with. We will highly recommend your services to all of our friends. Thanks again for a fantastic two days!
