Our driver and personal Vatican guide made our day trip to Rome better than we ever imagined. With only one day on shore in Rome, we hired a private car to maximize our time and it was the best decision we ever made. We visited so many more locations than we ever would have seen on a group tour or on our own. Their advice about starting early got us to the Coliseum before the crowds. Knowing the opening times of other landmarks helped us get to as many venues as possible. I can't imagine doing Rome any other way. With our driver's knowledge of the city and community, we felt more connected to the people of Rome than a passing tourist. Thank you so much, David!!!!!!!!
