Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with your firm and would certainly recommend you to our friends when they visit Rome. Our driver/guide was Paolo Agnoletti and he picked us up at the cruise dock with no problem. We were even a few minutes early disembarking and he was there ready and waiting with a large sign with our name on it. As one might expect from a former international flight attendant, he was both gracious and charming. His English was excellent and he really knew his way around the area. This was the weekend that President Bush chose to arrive in Rome, and so there were a lot of problems with blocked streets and extra heavy traffic. Not a problem for Paolo, who modified his usual itinerary to accommodate the problem and our special request to visit the catacombs. Just an excellent day all around. We arrived at our hotel just in time to check in, after enjoying a wonderful tour of Rome. Over the next several days we were able to go back and visit a number of the sights and spend additional time there on our own. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
