We had a wonderful time. Your drivers/guides were very knowledgeable, courteous, and easily understood. The vans and buses were clean and gave all a great view except in Sicily. We had a van in Sicily that had a full seat in the last row where 3 of my clients could not see any of the sites. It was a raised seat. They might reconsider using this van for touring a full van of people. Of course, that was the only complaint. which is excellent. Daniele was wonderful in helping us re-accommodate my group when the port was changed from Florence. Please tell him to thank you. I will not hesitate to recommend you to other agents and customers. I must also mention Michelle of Revelation Tours in Nice, that Daniele recommended. He was great and the tour was awesome! My clients are spoiled now and will never take a cruise tour with the cruise line again.
