I would be happy to share this with you so you can judge what type of vacation or trip you would want in the great country.
Nov 2003
This was our third year in Italy. We decided to let Remo, his son & wife decide what to do for 11 days. We saw Rome, Sicily, the Bari coast, and lots of places other guides never show you. I wrote a short story each day for my children and emailed it to them in the U S A. You may want to read what it was like to see Mt. Etna in Sicily, the interworkings of the Vatican, how the common people of this great country live, what they do for entertainment, where to go and eat .not the tourist traps, how the police gave us directions in an unusual situation, what it is like to have Sunday dinner with a family of 20, & the neighbors and be part of it even though you don't speak the language. What it is like to go ballroom dancing in Italy. I would be happy to share this with you so you can judge what type of vacation or trip you would want in the great country. If you are going to go you might as well see the most interesting parts of Italy. we will be back next year!
