I just want to thank you and your guides from DriveinRome. My family & I had such a wonderful experience on our trip to Italy this summer. We scheduled 2 shore excursions, 1 for Florence & Pisa and 1 for Rome with a 2-hour guide in the Vatican. Our guides could not have been more accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. Both of our guides were named Maurizio so I am not sure if that helps you at all. I was a little worried because my father has very bad knees. I was not sure what kind of car we would have and if the car would be comfortable for him. But on both days the guide showed up with a large 8 passenger vehicle for our family of five. My father had plenty of room. Every time we got in or out of the car the guides were right there helping all of us. They gave us wonderful shopping tips and took us to wonderful places to show us the city from above, away from all the hustle & bustle. And the restaurants they recommended were outstanding. Our guide for Florence & Pisa took us to a local restaurant that served the best food. My family & I still talk about that meal. And our guide for Rome took us to get gelato before we headed back to the ship. He kept telling us he knew a great spot just outside the city and boy was he right. All 6 of us had gelato for under 6 euros. I can't wait to return to Italy in the very near future. And trust me, DriveinRome will be the first people we call. Thank you for making our family vacation a truly memorable vacation.
