The service was just as they presented it to us through email. The drivers were very good and polite and got us to our destination without a problem. The one thing I would suggest is when you get to the airport, to find your driver first, and then collect your bags. It took over an hour to get our bags. No-fault to the driver or company. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time in Rome.
